1. General Information

Welcome to Tiny Treats SA. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Tiny Treats SA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products are handmade and crafted in small batches. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, slight variations in colour, size, design, and decoration may occur.
Images on this website and social media are for reference purposes only and serve as a guideline of the final product.
Packaging and presentation are subject to availability and may vary from what is advertised.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Preferred payment method: EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

For large, custom, or corporate orders:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

• If an order is cancelled within 1 week of the expected delivery or collection date, the deposit may be refunded at Tiny Treats SA’s discretion.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery.

• Orders not paid in full by this time may be cancelled without refund.​

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the collection or delivery date.

• Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Regrettably, no refunds customised orders.

5. Collections & Deliveries

• Orders are available for collection by arrangement.

• Delivery may be offered for certain orders and areas at an additional fee, depending on availability.

• Once products have left Tiny Treats SA’s premises, the business is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or handling.

6. Allergens & Dietary requirements

All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens.
While care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, Tiny Treats SA cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.

Should vegan/ vegetarian options be required, this needs to be requested by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, recipes, and content on this website and related social media pages are the intellectual property of Tiny Treats SA.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any photos or content without written consent from Tiny Treats SA.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tiny Treats SA will not be held liable for:

• Any allergic reactions, damages, or losses arising from the consumption or handling of its products;

• Minor variations in product appearance, colour, or packaging;

• Delays due to factors beyond reasonable control (e.g., load shedding, supplier issues, courier delays).
